❮ Customers inside and outside Europe:
Attach and fill in the return document and send it back into original state, not damaged. It's important that you save you track and trace code.
❮ Customers in The Netherlands:
Please send an email, attach the return document and send it back. When you have completed this procedure you will receive a ticket that you will have to stick on your package with the item you would like to return. After doing this you can bring the package to your most nearby postal office.
❮ 2. Can I follow my returned package?
Yes, you can follow your package with the track&trace code that you will receive from the return form.
❮ 3. Whats the due date to returning a product?
The product has to be returned at Blckfashion offices within 14 days.
❮ 4. Are there articles that I can't return?
Yes. There are three types of products we don't accept back:
If the product doesn't have the pricetag attached anymore.
If the clothes/shoes have signs of having been worn or damaged.
If it's a sale item.

❮ The Netherlands:
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 will be processed immediately. You will receive the ordered item the following day.
For orders that are placed within Europe it will take 2 to 5 business days for the package to arrive at the customer.
❮ Outside Europe:
For orders that are placed outside of Europe it will take 4 to 8 business days for the package to arrive at the customer. All the articles are delivered from our stock and we strive to make sure that we send your product the same day after receiving the payment. If it happens to be the case that a product is not in stock or if the deliver date has been delayed we will contact you about the expected delay.

❮ 4. Will I have to pay shipping costs twice when I order two items on the same day seperately?
Yes. Every order is processed as a seperate order, every individual package has its own shipping costs.
❮ 5. What happens to my package if I'm not home when being delivered?
The couriers will try again the next day. In Europe there is a possibility that the couriers brings the package to your next door neighbour and leaves a note in your mailbox.
